This image is a stack of three, four-minute CCD images taken at the George Observatory with the Fort Bend Astronomy Club's 18-inch (46 cm) f/4.5 reflector and Rice University's ST-9 camera (on generous loan for the summer), plus a Celestron f/6.3 focal reducer (which is responsible for the "light donut" artifact).
Start times for the four-minute images were: 03:32:15, 03:40:00, and 04:13:35 (UT), on 7 June 2000. Cirrus was moving into the field in the 3rd image. North is up, East is to the left. Field is roughtly 20 arc minutes on a side. No GRB afterglow was seen in our image.
Observers were Joe Dellinger, Bill Dillon, Cynthia Gustava, and Randy Pepper.
